Check-In/Out Time 

Our Check in Time is 3:00 PM; checkout time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable for guests attending functions on departure day. 

Early Arrival/Late Departure Rates 

The above noted guest room rates are for the specific dates outlined. Guest arriving prior to or departing after the specified dates noted will be offered the above rates, based upon availability. 

Occupancy and Taxes 

All above rates are subject to current applicable state and local taxes, which are presently at 8% with $2.00 Tourism Fee. 

Parking 

The Hotel offers complimentary parking spaces. 

Hotel Shuttle 

The Hotel offers Complimentary Shuttle to and from San Francisco Airport. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour starting from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guest arriving from San Francisco Airport can call the hotel directly (650-570-5700) for pick up anytime between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Individual Reservation

For individual reservations, call the reservations department number 650-570-5700 or online at www.crowneplaza.com/sfo-peninsula where attendees can make reservations. In doing so, please request the group booking code CWC. If reservations will be made individually, all reservations must be secured by September 25, 2009.

 

Cutoff Date 

In order to reserve specific room types (i.e. VIP suites, accessible rooms, two bedded rooms, etc.) we ask that all room requests be received thirty (30) days prior to your major arrival day of October 09, 2009. All reservations must be secured by September 25, 2009 to ensure Group Rate. The stated block of rooms will be held until September 25, 2009, after which unused portion of the room block will be released and made available for general sale. Reservation requests will then be confirmed depending on availability. Members of our group may still request rooms after the cutoff date but are based upon availability. Such rooms will be available at the hotel’s current rack rate.
